Mocha Almond Smoothie

Mavenjoy Ingredient Pick
Bulk Flax Seeds ~

Ingredients
1/2 - 1 frozen banana (I use 1/3 or 1/4 of a banana for less sweet/banana and more coffee flavor)
Scoops/Spoonfuls of
chia seeds and  flax seeds + healthy sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of organic almond butter or coconut oil
1 packet of Starbucks VIA microground coffee, Italian Roast rocks this smoothie
1 cup dark chocolate almond milk
Ice, about 1-1 1/2 cups

Preparation
Place banana in blender container. Add almond butter and super sprinkles, if using. Add milk and coffee. Blend to combine well. Add ice and blend until completely blended and smooth. Note: Key to ultra smooth creaminess is the amount of ice added and blending, blending, blending.
Makes approximately 1 large smoothie
