Vietnamese Noodle Dinner SaladsTossed julienned
Cucumbers,
Carrots, red cabbage and chopped mint,
Cilantro (from
last week), chives,
Basil and shrimp (sautéed with
Garlic, sesame oil and crushed red pepper) + green peas with Pad Thai rice noodles in a light lime, fish sauce and Sriracha sauce. Topped with toasted cashews.
BBQ SlawChopped red and green cabbage,
Carrots and
Scallions tossed lime juice, homemade barbecue seasoning and a spoonful of homemade barbecue sauce.
(Gluten Free) Sausage & Mushroom PizzasTopped
gluten free pizza crusts with roasted

last week), mushrooms (sautéed in butter and

Roasted Pattypan SquashTossed rough-chunked
Pattypan Squash, sliced Vidalia onions,

Garlic with olive oil, salt, pepper and roasted in oven.

Garlic and dressed with lime zest, lime juice and fish sauce. Stuffed fresh cabbage leaves with minced pork, strips of

Loaded Baked PotatoesWent old-school with perfectly roasted whole
Potatoes split open and loaded with sautéed chopped mushrooms,

Spicy Garlic Green BeansStir-fried
Roma Green Beans with
Garlic and dressed in a sauce of rice vinegar, sesame oil, water, Sriracha and a quick hit of maple syrup.
